More than 20 years ago, the Dart family had a vision for a new town that would be the most desired, livable community in the Caribbean.
Today that vision flourishes in the master-planned, mixed-use development of Camana Bay. Spanning 650 acres from Seven Mile Beach to the North Sound, Camana Bay includes more than 800,000 square feet of office, retail, restaurant, residential, recreational and educational spaces and more than one million square feet of developed grounds including courtyards, gardens, event spaces, sports fields, a harbour, car parks, roads and a helipad. Designed to grow organically over several decades, Camana Bay is now in the master-planning phase for the town’s residential communities.
Inspired by the principles of New Urbanism, Camana Bay reserves one-third of the town for public spaces enlivened by water features and native plants and trees from the Dart Nursery.
A Vibrant Town
With more than 30 commercial tenants, including many of Grand Cayman’s leading financial services firms, over 40 shops, restaurants and entertainment venues welcoming residents and visitors, and more than 600 community events held in the town each year, Camana Bay is a vibrant town with generations of growth ahead.
