Dart Real Estate and NCB Group, the joint venture behind OLEA, Camana Bay’s first for-sale waterfront community, have unveiled a new floor plan to ensure owners find the perfect home to match their lifestyle. The community of OLEA will encompass 124 condominiums, townhomes and duplexes, and owners can now choose between a three- or four-bedroom duplex.

Residence 111, a four-bedroom duplex, offers 3,350 square feet of enviable canalfront living space. The first floor provides plenty of place to relax and enjoy the magical views. The open-plan kitchen and dining room flow into the oversized great room. Take a few steps and relax on a covered terrace or lounge by the private pool. A quick walk upstairs leads to the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The rooms are connected by a foyer, leading to the laundry room and master bedroom, which overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard.

Each home in OLEA is equipped with solar panels, geothermal cooling systems, LED lighting, low-E windows, ACF construction, energy-efficient appliances and water-conserving plumbing fixtures to ensure the home is as efficient and sustainable as possible. In addition to these in-home features, all common areas and amenities are also powered by the sun, as OLEA will have the largest solar array of any residential community in Grand Cayman. There are even electric car chargers for the buildings and onsite collection for recyclable materials, making it easy to recycle every day. All of these energy-efficient features work to keep your home comfortable for both your lifestyle and your pocketbook.

Residents at OLEA also enjoy the best of the best when it comes to amenities. Spend your weekends floating the day away on the Cayman Islands’ first lazy river. The slow current, achieved by pumps discreetly hidden along the edge of the river and powered by the community’s solar array, will flow water into a resort-style pool sure to please everyone from little ones in water wings to grandparents enjoying their annual holiday. An outdoor community BBQ and dining area, a children’s playground, a community herb garden, a yoga lawn, a gym, and a waterfront boardwalk all provide plenty of options to entertain, work out or enjoy a little ‘me’ time amidst the gentle breezes of the North Sound.

With Cayman International School across the street, Camana Bay an eight-minute walk along the waterfront boardwalk and Seven Mile Beach a 12-minute stroll via the Rise in the Town Centre, the conveniences, amenities and generous floor plan make Residence 111 a great option for your dream home.

A dedicated sales and presentation centre is now open on Market Street in Camana Bay, where OLEA representatives are available to provide information about the floor plans, prices, energy-efficient features, interiors and site plan. Visit the OLEA Sales Centre on Monday through Friday from 12 to 5 p.m. or click here for more information.
