Living in the Cayman Islands

Island Living

Discover your Cayman lifestyle

Here, residents can work hard, play hard, do nothing or do it all. The lifestyle is exceptional and has been proclaimed the best in the Caribbean. From boating and golfing to indulging in culinary delights or simply unwinding on spectacular Seven Mile Beach, the Cayman Islands redefines many of life’s pleasures.

Seven Mile Beach

Beach Club

With white sands and crystal-clear waters at the doorstep, a beachfront residence rewards a lifetime of hard work with an incomparable lifestyle and magical experiences such as swimming with turtles, spotting stingrays mere strokes from the shore, witnessing fiery sunsets or kayaking in glass-like waters. Unique, coveted, and flawless, the beaches in the Cayman Islands are a sanctuary to all who live here.

Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach, routinely named one of the world’s best, is the address for luxury lifestyle residences. Properties offer mesmerising sea views, quality construction built to Miami Dade standards, recreational amenities and has a low crime rate.

When selecting a property to purchase on the beach, some extra considerations are in order. Is there a balcony to spend time on viewing sunsets or enjoying a quiet morning coffee? Is the property well-constructed to withstand the effects of sun, salt and wind? Is the property suited to the primary reason for purchase – a full-time residence, a second home, or a condo which can be put into a rental programme?

Whether the purchase is made to invest in a beachfront vacation home or a permanent residence, the Provenance Properties team can provide expert advice on choosing the right property.

Grand Cayman golf courses

On Grand Cayman, residents are never far from a championship golf course. Along the Seven Mile Beach corridor, two courses with impeccable greens are surrounded by thoughtfully positioned communities, creating the ideal setting for golf lovers and their families.

NSGC

North Sound Golf Club

The North Sound Golf Club is the only 18-hole championship course in the Cayman Islands. Surrounded by lush tropical landscapes, this 6,605-yard, par-71 course was designed by noted golf course architect Roy Case and offers five different sets of tees for all levels of golfers to enjoy. The course is challenging, with water and out-of-bounds present on almost every whole. The signature 11th hole is a daunting challenge that is framed by epic views of the North Sound. Daily rates and long-term memberships are available.

The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club

Designed by Greg Norman, The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, Grand Cayman is the 2018 and 2019 winner of the World Golf Awards “World’s Best 9-Hole Golf Course” and is located adjacent to The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman and the North Sound Golf Club. This difficult, par-36 Grand Cayman golf course, which Norman described as "The Caribbean Monster," features numerous water hazards and many of the holes point into the wind, making the course play longer than its 3,516 yards. As an added amenity, since this is a Ritz-Carlton course, golfers get to enjoy the famed Ritz-Carlton service while they play.
