What story would your favourite luxury property tell if it could share its history?
Luxury properties in the Cayman Islands often tell stories of escape, elegance, and the quest for an oasis. Each home reflects the unique journey of those who have chosen Cayman as their sanctuary, a place where privacy, opulence, and adventure coexist.

If my favourite luxury property could share its history, it might say: "I am more than just walls and windows—I’m a retreat, where whispers of the sea meet the breeze of tropical palms. I’ve seen lives unfold, from the quiet moments of reflection by the infinity pool to lavish gatherings under the moonlit sky. I’ve been the setting for dreams fulfilled and adventures begun. Those who’ve called me home sought not just luxury but a haven, where elegance meets escape, and privacy blends with the thrill of island life."

How do you match a property with the right buyer? If your process were a matchmaking service, what would it look like?
I work on building trust and deep connections with my clients, ensuring I fully understand their goals. For me, matching a property with a buyer requires understanding not just their immediate desires but also their long-term aspirations. If my process was a matchmaking service, it would be rooted in meticulous listening and personalized advice.

If you could describe your approach to selling luxury real estate in three adjectives, what would they be, and why?
My approach to luxury real estate could be described as personalized, transparent, and relationship-driven. I believe that deep connections and clear communication are the keys to success, ensuring clients feel confident in the process. My goal is always to create lasting relationships built on trust.

Can you share a personal story about a time when you felt a deep connection with a property you were selling? What made it special?
A significant moment for Antonette was when she helped a client invest in multiple properties at the OLEA development. After just one conversation, the client went on to acquire five properties. The connection came from more than just selling a home—it was about understanding the client’s long-term vision and creating a pathway for them to achieve it.
