What personality traits do you think are essential for an agent to successfully sell luxury properties? How do you embody these traits?
Success in luxury real estate is about adaptability, intuition, and authenticity. But, in my opinion, being a good listener is the most important attribute. My job is to provide all the information my clients require in order to make a well-informed and educated decision.

Real estate is about more than just finding a house; it’s finding a home. What does that mean to you?
My job is to be a “matchmaker”. There is a perfect home out there for every buyer and my responsibility is to find it. Home means something different to each client and understanding what this means to each client is crucial in the process.

If you were to live in any of your current luxury listings, which one would it be, and what part of the house would be your favourite spot?
I’d choose the Lalique Pointe Estate without hesitation. This home is a true masterpiece of sophistication and coastal charm, with 8,088 square feet of bespoke and perfectly curated living space. I adore how every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. My favourite spot would have to be the heart of the home, the living space—it’s where elegance and comfort come together most beautifully.

If one of your luxury homes were to host a party, what kind of event would it be, and who would be on the guest list?
I’d love to host an exclusive Dolce & Gabbana launch cocktail party at Stone Island Residence #103. The sleek, modern design and stunning waterfront views would create the perfect backdrop for a high-fashion evening. The guest list would include Cayman’s trendsetters, global influencers, and design enthusiasts—a chic gathering to match the property’s equally chic sophistication.
