Provenance Properties Announces Natasha Valerio’s New Role as Rental and Sales Associate

Provenance Properties is pleased to announce Natasha Valerio’s move into a Rental and Sales Associate role, following several years as Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator within the brokerage.

Natasha has been an integral part of the Provenance Properties team for more than seven years, supporting the sales division and working closely with Christie’s International Real Estate master’s circle agents Ewelina Cimring and Antonette Baptist across a wide range of transactions. During this time, she developed a deep understanding of the Cayman Islands real estate market and built strong relationships with both colleagues and clients. This experience naturally led her into a client-facing role within the business.

A Natural Progression into Client-Focused Real Estate

With an academic background in communications and extensive experience supporting sales and marketing operations, Natasha’s move into the rentals and sales associate position is a natural evolution of her career. Her time working alongside senior agents provided hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of transactions, strengthening her skills in communication, branding, market knowledge, and client service.

Now, as both a Rental and Sales Associate, Natasha is focused on working directly with clients across both sectors of the market, building lasting relationships, and continuing to grow within the industry.

Through her work supporting high-performing agents, Natasha has gained valuable insight into current market demand. She has seen consistent interest in canal-front single-family homes, as well as condominiums along Seven Mile Beach and in West Bay, areas that continue to attract both lifestyle buyers and investors.

Her experience managing high-volume rental inventory has also given her a strong, real-time understanding of rental performance. Natasha notes that location, pricing, and amenities play a critical role in a property’s success, with proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Camana Bay, as well as modern finishes and competitive rates driving the strongest tenant demand.
