As the first residents get ready to move into OLEA, we sat down with Provenance Properties Sales Specialist Shanice Ebanks to learn more about the perks and amenities available to those living in Camana Bay’s first for-sale residential neighbourhood.
For any other questions or enquiries about OLEA, Shanice is available to answer them by emailing Shanice.ebanks@provenanceproperties.com or by dropping by the OLEA Sales & Presentation Centre in Camana Bay during opening hours.
Q: What amenities are available to residents at OLEA?
SE: We have so many; one of the main benefits to living in OLEA is the vast array of amenities and I love to share them with buyers because I can see how impressed they are to learn that living at OLEA is so much more than just the four walls of your home.
Residents are well looked after, with regular security patrols, an on-site maintenance team, around-the-clock property management service and recycling stations in the neighbourhood. For added convenience for getting around, whether to the beach or the Camana Bay Town Centre or further beyond, Bird electric scooters are available for rent.
OLEA is perfect for water lovers, with a resort-style swimming pool with a large deck and, of course, the Cayman Islands’ first lazy river! Residents can also get on the water with convenient boat dock slips available for lease.
There are also plenty of green spaces for residents to sit, play, have picnics and spend time together, with paved recreational footpaths threading throughout the neighbourhood. There are lots of places for the community to gather, with a communal barbecue and dining area, a shared herb garden and a children’s playground.
Q: It sounds like OLEA is perfect for those who like to keep active and live a healthy lifestyle?
SE: Absolutely – OLEA promotes a healthy, active and sustainable lifestyle, with amenities such as a community herb garden, fully equipped gym and an outdoor yoga pavilion. The herb garden allows owners at OLEA to grow their own produce so it’s easier than ever to enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables in your meals every day. Families at OLEA are encouraged to interact and build relationships with their neighbours thanks to the shared public areas and amenities. This fosters a strong sense of community, which is at the heart of OLEA.
Q: What are some of the main benefits of living at OLEA that you love to share?
SE: Our current owners and I are all extremely excited about Cayman’s very first lazy river! Otherwise, the proximity to the Camana Bay Town Centre is a huge draw, with all of its shops, services and restaurants as well as offices and schools for those who work in Camana Bay or for those whose children attend Village Montessori or Cayman International School. Partly because of the access to the schools and ease of enjoying extracurricular activities – whether taking lessons at Cayman Music School or taking in a movie at the cinema – makes living at OLEA so ideal for families.
Another plus is the ability to dock boats at OLEA; it makes it so easy for residents to enjoy the ideal Cayman lifestyle – a 10-minute walk to Seven Mile Beach, an eight-minute walk to the Camana Bay Town Centre and a two-minute walk to your boat on the dock to cruise out into the North Sound, what could be better?
