Natasha Valerio

Natasha is a Sales & Rental Associate at Provenance Properties. Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, she began her career with Dart in 2015 as an intern after completing her studies at Florida International University. What started as a temporary role quickly evolved into a full-time position within the real estate marketing team, where she gained valuable insight into the Cayman Islands property market.

Over the past several years, Natasha has worked closely alongside the sales team, supporting transactions from initial inquiry through to completion. This experience has provided her with a strong foundation in both the operational and client-facing aspects of real estate, naturally leading her transition into a more active sales role.

Now as a Sales & Rental Associate, Natasha is focused on building meaningful relationships and guiding clients through their real estate journey with a thoughtful and personable approach.

Outside of work, Natasha enjoys travelling and embraces every opportunity to experience new places and cultures, believing in collecting memories along the way.
