As President of Dart Real Estate, Jackie is responsible for a diverse property portfolio. Providing guidance from a project’s inception through to management of the physical asset, she ensures the company’s goals and strategies align with owner and shareholder Kenneth B. Dart’s vision and values. Having joined Dart in 2003 as Vice President of Sales & Leasing, Jackie was part of the leadership team guiding the conceptualisation of Camana Bay and the partnership with the Cayman Islands Government known as the NRA Agreement.
The Cayman Islands has been Jackie’s home since childhood. She has a BA in Psychology and a Juris Doctorate with honours from the University of Florida Law School. She joined Dart in 2003 and, over the past 13 years, has been instrumental in bringing Dart Real Estate developments to life.
Vice President, Real Estate Marketing
Sue and her team are responsible for marketing Dart Real Estate properties, including Camana Bay, Provenance Properties and new developments. She has worked in marketing and development in the recreational property industry for over 20 years. Her experience includes working with independent hotels and resorts, shared ownership properties, mixed use communities and condotels. She is highly experienced in working with developers from concept development and market assessment through to market implementation and operation.
Originally from Canada, Sue moved to the Caribbean seven years ago. She holds a MBA in Marketing (with Distinction) from the School of Hotel Administration at the University of Guelph, and a BA (Honours) from Mount Allison University, as well as certificates in economic development, adult education, customer service, revenue management and communications.
Ruth is a seasoned real estate sales professional, having worked as the longest-serving sales executive with The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman before joining the Provenance Properties team as a Sales Executive in 2016.
Born in Belize, Ruth moved to the Cayman Islands in 2003. She holds a BA in Marketing and Tourism with Honours from the University of Lincolnshire & Humberside in the United Kingdom. After graduation, Ruth worked in the United Kingdom, France, and Belize before relocating to Grand Cayman. Ruth speaks fluent Spanish and has a working knowledge of Turkish and French.
When not working, Ruth enjoys travelling, diving, shopping, skiing and spending time with her husband watching her daughter‘s equestrian adventures in horseback riding.

Seafire Sales Specialist
As a Seafire Sales Specialist, Fleur is responsible for sales of The Residences at Seafire, the first luxury property development on Seven Mile Beach by Dart Real Estate. Fleur joined the Provenance Properties team in 2018. She has developed a strong client base and a reputation for putting her clients’ needs first.
Born and raised in Grand Cayman, she has an intimate knowledge of the island and over 20 years of excellence in customer service. Fleur was educated in the United Kingdom before returning home in 1998. Fleur excelled in sales and hospitality prior to launching her career in real estate where she enjoys helping clients find their dream property.
In addition to her professional life, Fleur is committed to wellness, has travelled extensively and enjoys spending time with her family and son Max.

Seafire Sales Specialist
As a Seafire Sales Specialist, Sheline is responsible for the sales of The Residences at Seafire, the luxury condominiums on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman developed by Dart Real Estate. Sheline joined Provenance Properties in September 2017 where, in addition to sales, she manages event coordination and assists with marketing.
Sheline attended the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where she earned a B.A. with a major in psychology. During her studies she also interned with a leading real estate brokerage in Miami, where she found her passion in helping people navigate the real estate market.
Originally from St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, Sheline moved to Grand Cayman in 2008. Sheline is fluent in Spanish, enjoys doing community work and is well travelled.
